Concerned Citizens is a blog that looks at local, state and national issues from a political and civic perspective. It’s title comes from the moniker given those that address public officials in meetings, forums, town halls and debates and are not representing any specific group or organization other than themselves and citizens like them.
Randy Bear (RBearSAT) is a resident of San Antonio, TX and is involved in many political and civic organizations. A former Democrat, he has been active in politics in both Arkansas and Texas. A native of Arkansas, Randy has resided in San Antonio since 1988.
Randy initially started the site to explore and experiment with Web 2.0 technologies but has since continued to post on several topics relevant to issues facing San Antonians and Texans. It’s evolved from a curiosity to a passion.
